My goal in therapy is to support you in exploring issues and emotions that are currently impacting your relationship with yourself and your relationships with others. Distressing feelings and behaviors often get in the way of who we want to be and what we want to achieve in life. I am here to provide compassionate care as you begin your journey.
My approach
In my clinical practice, I draw from theories such as CBT, DBT, IFS, EMDR, Person-Centered, Psychodynamic, and Existential. Healing is not a one-size-fits-all. Together, we will explore which model fits best to help alleviate feelings of anxiety, impulsivity, depression, and/or anger.
