I bring an authentic, supportive, and direct presence to therapy. My style blends empathy, empowerment, honest feedback, and well-timed humor. I believe you're the expert on your own life, and my role is to support your growth—not tell you who to become.

My journey to mental healthcare

As someone who feels deeply, I've experienced the value of having a space for both compassion and accountability. I believe life is like the ocean—we can't control every wave, but we can learn how to navigate them with intention, resilience, and hope.

My goals for you

I draw from Motivational Interviewing, Behavioral Activation, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you align your actions with your values, overcome barriers, and understand how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors influence one another. Together, we'll create practical, lasting change.

Our first session

During our first session, we'll discuss my role as your therapist, explore what brings you to therapy, and talk about what you hope to gain from our work together. Rather than focusing immediately on treatment goals, we'll begin by understanding what you need most at this point in your life.
