I enjoy working with young adults, new moms, and individuals navigating significant life transitions. I find deep meaning in supporting clients who are adjusting to new role, relationships, responsibilities or stages of life and are looking for a supportive space to better understand themselves, build confidence, and find balance.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was originally drawn to the medical field because I wanted to make an impact in other's lives. I quickly realized as fascinated I was with the medical field, I was more interested in the emotional piece and this drew me to the mental health field. I love learning about how relationships develop and impact us long-term.

Our first session is really just us getting to know each other and if we are the right fit for each other. Not every therapist will be the right one, so it is important you feel like you will be heard, understood and supported. I like to explore your needs and figure out if we can be a good team.
