Hi there, I'm Mary!
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Mission Viejo, California, and working with clients statewide via telehealth. I work with adults and specialize in anxiety and panic, depression, stress, and trauma, and survivors of sexual, physical, and emotional abuse. I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Experiential Therapy, and EMDR.
My focus
My style and approach to therapy are a good fit for adults who may be young, middle-aged, or seniors, who have experienced difficulties in their lives, and who long to be free from the impact these difficulties have on them. Many times, my clients have developed panic or anxiety, depression, PTSD, and limiting beliefs.
My approach
My approach is developmental. I believe we are greatly impacted by our first experiences of relationships. Understanding and processing these experiences helps us move from being stuck into a place of freedom, allowing us to live and love ourselves and others.
