My journey to mental healthcare

My passion for helping people began after a family member's suicide challenged my understanding of meaning and peace. This experience sent me on a quest to understand why some people struggle to find happiness despite changing circumstances.

I help you uncover how self-perception and assumptions have become distorted, causing self-sabotage. Through behavioral exercises that challenge negative core beliefs, you'll identify and practice coping skills you can use long after therapy ends.
