My journey into this work began with a personal search for meaning following a family tragedy—an experience that fueled my passion for helping others find hope when life feels darkest.

You may be stuck in a cycle of discontent, wondering why happiness feels out of reach despite your best efforts. I utilize a non-confrontational blend of CBT, EMDR and Motivational Interviewing to explore covert needs that may be suppressed and unrecognizable after years of avoidant behavior.
