I'm an LMFT in California. I have worked in the mental health field for over a decade and I've been a Therapist for about 5 years. I specialize in Anxiety, depression, and trauma/stressor related disorders. I look forward to working with you.

My focus

I prioritize open communication to create a supportive, environment. I practice active listening and supportive reflection to give you opportunities to reflect on your experiences with you. If we’re working through something challenging, you can expect me to be calm and patient and help you reflect in a compassionate yet firm way.

My approach

I utilize a variety of modalities but therapy is up to the client. I work individually with people going at the pace they need and in the directions they want. I guide once I get to know what your needs are.
