My focus
I work with adults experiencing trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, grief, and life transitions. Many of my clients struggle with feeling stuck in patterns they understand logically but cannot seem to change emotionally.
My approach
EMDR is the primary approach I use in therapy. EMDR helps the brain reprocess difficult experiences so they no longer feel as overwhelming in the present. Using a trauma-informed and attachment-focused approach, I help clients understand their nervous system responses and create lasting healing.
