I have worked with all different types of clients and populations. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, bullying, and family conflict, to name a few.

My approach

I often utilize a person-centered approach, as I am a strong believer that you are the expert of yourself and your life. I may implement tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy to support your progress and long-term success.

I want to make your experience as pleasant and safe as possible. I understand that therapy and opening up can be scary; therefore, I go at your own pace and do my best to create a warm and welcoming environment.
