My focus
I help clients improve communication through active listening and developing I statements. We focus on anxiety, depression, stress management, emotional regulation, and building deeper connections in relationships.
My approach
I use cognitive behavior therapy to help you identify and change negative thought patterns, improving emotions and behaviors. We may also use Dialectical Behavior Therapy for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. Mindfulness skills encourage being present and accepting thoughts without judgment.
