I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Orange County, California. I provide telehealth and in-person therapy for children and adults.

I support clients with cultural stress, trauma, depression, and anxiety by offering a strengths-based and client-centered approach.

My approach

I use a collaborative approach and empower clients to identify what therapeutic method works best for them. I focus on mindfulness methods, solution-focused therapy, CBT, DBT, and ACT.
