My journey to mental healthcare

Initially, my love for myth, fairy tales, and the language and literature of the world drew me to Pacifica Graduate Institute in Santa Barbara, where I obtained a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Depth Psychology.

My goals for you

Psychotherapy can be a life-changing, awakening process. People often seek psychotherapy as a way to work through a growing dissatisfaction with some part of their lives. Viewed positively, this dissatisfaction can become the basis of constructive efforts with a therapist to resolve difficulties in your life.
