I prioritize clear, open communication to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment. I practice active listening and will give you opportunities to reflect on your experiences as an empathetic partner. If we're working through something challenging, you can expect me to be calm and patient.

My journey to mental healthcare

My love for myth, fairy tales, and literature drew me to study depth psychology. Depth psychology invites curiosity about the psyche and encourages respect for the diversity of life and human experience. I appreciate how we all experience a hero's journey as we maneuver through the labyrinth of life.

My goals for you

Psychotherapy can be a life-changing, awakening process. People often seek therapy to work through dissatisfaction with some part of their lives. As you begin to match your inner life to your outer, therapy becomes transformative. Together, we'll identify personal goals that matter to you and adapt them as necessary.
