My journey to mental healthcare

My path to becoming a therapist was shaped by a deep curiosity about human resilience and a strong desire to support others through life's most difficult moments. I'm guided by the belief that everyone has the capacity for growth and healing.

My goals for you

I view therapy as a collaborative partnership. We'll work together to identify and set goals that are meaningful to you—whether that's strengthening relationships, building self-esteem, or pursuing other personal aspirations. As you gain new insights, your goals may naturally shift.

Our first session

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We'll talk about your background and what led you to seek therapy. Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, and it's perfectly normal to feel a bit nervous. We'll take things one step at a time, and I'll be here to support and guide you.
