Hi there, I'm Meg!

My approach to working with clients is eclectic in nature, based on my various trainings in Somatic work, CBT, and Brainspotting. I work with anxiety, depression, and trauma in couples and individuals. I encourage wellness practices to support the work we do in session. My approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and growth-oriented.

My focus

I have discovered that my approach often meshes well with issues such as Anxiety, Depression, Trauma-related issues, Women's issues, and Men's relational work.

My approach

I use a holistic lens to work with my clients, looking at all areas of functioning, and where and how they want to grow. My practice is trauma-informed and trained in CBT, TRM, Brainspotting, and Mindfulness.
