My communication style

A free and sheltered space is very important for a client to feel safe, which is the most important starting point. I encourage clients to see how they feel about what we're talking about. It's important to be aware of our bodies and not just our minds as we have our conversations.

My journey to mental healthcare

I realized that the right questions from an empathic listener helped me know myself and what I wanted out of life. Life is good, and there are dark times. The more we know ourselves, the more resources we have to deal with life's difficulties.
