Hi there, I'm Lauren!

I work with adult clients who are experiencing depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and relationship issues. My goal is to support my clients and help them find ways to flourish in their day-to-day lives.

My focus

I work with adults experiencing difficult life changes that result in anxiety, depression, or low self-image. I also have significant experience with individuals struggling with addiction. I help clients strengthen or heal relationships, recover from addiction, and increase positive self-worth.

My approach

My approach to therapy is client-centered, drawing from CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), strength-based, and positive psychology therapeutic approaches. No two individuals are alike, and my goal is to understand what the client's main concern is and work on addressing it.
