My journey to mental healthcare

Before I became a therapist, I spent years as a cosmetologist. I realized that while I had spent decades helping people feel beautiful on the outside, what I truly wanted was to help them feel beautiful on the inside. Today, I help clients rediscover their sense of inner beauty, confidence, and hope.
