I work with adults and adolescents facing mental health concerns, substance abuse conditions, and disabilities. My passion lies in helping individuals reach their true potential by focusing on their strengths and abilities.

I specialize in working with individuals and minors (ages 13-17) dealing with trauma, depression, anxiety, personality disorders, perinatal mood disorders, domestic violence, family conflict, parenting issues, and more.

My approach

I take a psychodynamic, CBT, DBT, trauma-focused, and solution-focused approach to therapy. I believe that no trauma or life issue is too big to overcome and that individuals are the experts in their own lives.

My communication style

I work collaboratively with my clients to heal emotional wounds, achieve personal goals, strengthen interpersonal relationships, and feel empowered to conquer whatever issues they may face.

My journey to mental healthcare

I received my Master of Social Work degree, which provided the foundation for my journey into mental healthcare. My motivation stems from a deep desire to support individuals in overcoming challenges and living fulfilling lives.
