I am looking forward to serving you as a licensed professional. There are times you need someone to listen, understand, have compassion, and empathize with what you are going through. It is not uncommon to experience life struggles that need extra support.
My approach
My objective is to help you identify your challenges and unhealthy patterns, and find new ways to cope with life stressors and situations. I utilize techniques from DBT, CBT, Attachment theories, Trauma-informed therapy, plus other therapeutic strategies to meet your needs. Although we know one shoe does not fit all, we will work toward the appropriate treatment goals and interventions specialized just for you.
My focus
I provide evidence-based psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and families, as well as individuals with dual diagnoses.

Establishing trust and connecting with you is imperative in this journey. It would be a great pleasure to have this opportunity to work with you in establishing a trusting relationship, assisting in overcoming obstacles and current challenges, and finding that inner peace.
My journey to mental healthcare
I have a Master of Science degree in Counseling. With my diverse experiences and knowledge of working with various populations, the goal is to overcome barriers and have positive, productive outcomes. I completed my clinical hours for licensure at College Hospital in Signal Hill, CA from September 2009 to August 2012.
