I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) based in San Jose, California, and I work with clients statewide via Telehealth. I work with teens, young adults, and adults and specialize in anxiety, depression, and trauma using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy to help clients make positive changes.

I use a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive approach within Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy to help clients challenge their negative thinking patterns and promote self-discovery. I use Solution-Focused Therapy in order to help clients make positive changes.
