My communication style

I approach my clients with care, consideration, and compassion. But I also believe in incorporating some levity into our conversations. I am personable and want my clients to feel comfortable talking with me about anything. I pride myself on listening without judgment.

I believe in building rapport and trust with my clients and allowing time for you to adjust to what it means to be in therapy. We will work to set goals together and track your progress periodically.

Our first session

During our first session, you should expect an informal get-to-know-you conversation. I will also ask how you've been feeling and ask questions to get a better understanding of why you've been feeling that way. Our first session is all about getting a feel for one another and building a connection.
