I provide a supportive, compassionate space to help clients navigate anxiety, self-doubt, and life transitions. My focus
I provide therapy for children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing difficulties related to ADHD, anxiety, depression, relationships and life stressors. I provide support as people navigate transitions, build resilience, and work toward greater emotional well-being. My goal is to provide encouragement, practical tools, and guidance.
My approach
My approach to therapy is collaborative, practical, and tailored to your individual needs. I draw primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you identify and change unhelpful patterns of thinking and behavior. I also incorporate mindfulness, life-style changes and solution focused strategies.
