I work primarily with teens, adults, and couples. I have worked in both the private sector and in non-profits and government, which has given me real-life experiences in the work world outside of private practice. I have been a family court mediator, helping divorcing families work through their issues around parenting and custody.

People who come to therapy are motivated to make a change. I find this exciting and love to assist clients on their journey of self-exploration and growth. I am insightful and compassionate in my approach, providing a safe space for touching the tender places we all hold. I believe it is an honor to work with people and assist them.

My therapeutic approach is that of a guide, helping to move a client toward self-discovery by developing a strong and healthy sense of self through the exploration of feelings.
