Hi there, I'm Adam!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who utilizes multiple approaches to assist you in reaching your life goals and assist you in reaching whatever goal you set out for yourself. My goal is not what to tell you what to do but to walk with you and help you get to where you want to go. My approach is to walk with you in this journey of life to assist with maximizing the time we have to help you reach your most satisfying life possible. I know that therapy can be anxiety provoking but my job is to ease that fear and ultimately reach whatever goal you set out to attain. I have worked in multiple mental health settings from residential with some of the most severe mental health populations to an outpatient setting with kids and their families. My counseling style is a non-judgmental, honest, caring, and most importantly warm to help you feel comfortable sharing the most intimate part of yourself. I know that reaching out can be difficult but I know that you are doing this for a purpose to ultimately improve your life. My goal is to walk with you in the most difficult moments to help you organize your thoughts and make the best decisions for the best results. I want to not only help you reach your goals but also reach your full potential overall whatever you want that to be. I want to do everything I cant in my role as a professional to help you live your best life. I look forward to hearing more about your story and assisting you in writing your best chapters in your life.
