I create a safe and trusting environment. I've been told by clients that I am easy to work with. I do have a sense of humor and use it when appropriate.

My journey to mental healthcare

I started my practice later in life and believe my life's experience makes me a better therapist. I used to work in a law firm and developed severe migraines and knew I needed to move onto a new career. What drives me to do this work is that I know how debilitating anxiety and depression are.
