Hi there, I'm Nicole!

My name is Nicole Chatwin (LMFT #138-140) and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who is passionate about supporting my clients through transition in a safe and comfortable setting.

My approach

My therapeutic approach is collaborative and client-centered, utilizing evidence-based techniques including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to discover hidden strengths and increase a sense of well-being.

My focus

I work with individuals, young adults, and adolescents/teens and specialize in anxiety relief, divorce and separation support, school-based behavioral concerns, anger management, social and achievement anxiety, self-confidence and self-esteem building, ADHD/Autism/CD diagnoses support, college counseling, life transitions, and personal growth.
