Hi there, I'm Adrienne!

I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. My goal is to create a supportive space where you feel heard and empowered to make meaningful changes in your life.

My focus

I specialize in working with people experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD and trauma, substance use concerns, women's issues, LGBTQ++ issues, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions. I welcome clients of all ages and backgrounds.

My approach

I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and tailor my approach to fit your unique needs. I also draw from Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness strategies, and systems theory to support your healing and growth.

My style is reflective, compassionate, and grounded in supportive accountability. I believe every person has the capacity for change, regardless of their circumstances or history. I'm here to walk alongside you as you discover your strengths and create the life you want.

My journey to mental healthcare

My drive as a therapist comes from believing we can always change our circumstances with the right care and support. I've worked in medical case management, hospital social work, and community health before transitioning to remote therapy to spend more time with my family.

You are the expert on your life. My role is to support you in prioritizing your goals and creating a roadmap for therapy that honors what matters most to you.
