I am passionate about supporting those who support and care for others. Whether you are a parent caring for your children, or you are becoming a parent yourself, or you are an adult child caring for your aging parent, I understand the emotional toll it can take to be a caregiver.

I've also loved listening to and supporting people. I pursued my goal of becoming a licensed therapist later in life and appreciate the perspective this has given me.
