I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in California. I received my master's in psychology and have been practicing for ten years throughout the state, and have 19 years of experience in the mental health field. I have experience working with individuals of all ages and believe in meeting the client where they are.

My journey to mental healthcare

I didn't believe in therapy until I worked in the field and witnessed its impact. Now it's my passion. I come with an open mind, meeting you where you are with empathy and kindness.

We'll discuss current symptoms, how they affect you, and your family history. The more details you provide, the clearer picture I have of where you are and where you want to be.
