I believe who we are today is a culmination of our upbringing, life experiences, and choices. However, we can change what we don't like about ourselves or our current situation by facing it head-on. I will be there to help guide and support you on this journey.

My focus

I have worked with many populations. I have an extensive history of working with adolescents, first responders, men, and athletes. I have treated such conditions as depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, etc.; however, I am not limited to these.

My approach

We will explore, discover, challenge, and pinpoint barriers to your desired outcomes by utilizing several evidence-based theories, such as CBT, DBT, SBT, SFT, etc.
