I enjoy helping people decrease their anxiety and depression, to learn to manage and understand their feelings, communicate their needs and set boundaries, and increase their self-compassion, allowing them to live fuller, happier lives.
My focus
I have had lots of success working with adults who are struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, and/or relationship problems to help them think more accurately, live mindfully, and regulate emotions, leading to reduced stress and healthier interpersonal relationships.
My approach
Depending on what is needed, I pull interventions from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Gottman concepts, as well as supportive and practical interventions.
