I work with individuals navigating life transitions, depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem challenges, and more. My focus is to hold a safe, supportive space that moves at your pace. I honor the uniqueness of each individual and create an environment that invites self-discovery, reflection, and change.
My approach
I integrate evidence-based practices such as DBT, CBT, and EMDR. EMDR helps process and heal from trauma by targeting memories and emotions stored in the nervous system. Therapy is a collaborative space, and I’m here to walk beside you, not in front of you.
