My journey to mental healthcare

I didn’t grow up where mental health was openly discussed. Learning about it gave me language for my experiences and was deeply empowering. That journey inspired me to create a space where others can explore, heal, and rest while making sense of their story in ways that feel validating and freeing.

My goals for you

I approach goal-setting as a collaborative process. Together, we explore what matters most to you, identify patterns that may be holding you back, and create practical, achievable steps that align with your values. Goals are flexible and evolve as you grow, always at a pace that feels safe and supportive.

Our first session

Your first session is a “get to know you” meeting. I’ll explain confidentiality and policies, gather information about your mental health, social, and medical history, and, time permitting, collaborate on initial goals. This session sets the foundation for a safe, supportive, and personalized therapy experience.
