I typically work with clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, or have experienced childhood trauma. I use inner child techniques to help heal the child in us who went through wounding and pain.
My approach
I approach mental health issues like depression and anxiety as natural consequences of our environment and the inability to be accepted as our true selves. I use experiential therapy, a process-oriented perspective that aims to restore the parts of our authenticity detached as a result of our environments.
