Hi there, I'm Gina!

I am passionate about helping individuals find their identity and purpose in life. Self-awareness and understanding your strengths and weakness are key. Past trauma, societal expectations, self-esteem, and a desire to please others can limit our growth and cause much anxiety and depression. I love working with teens and women that are struggling to cope and need a safe, supportive, and understanding space to process emotions and heal. There is freedom in acceptance and setting strong boundaries. Your pain can be your Purpose! I have worked in various environments consisting of group homes, substance abuse, high schools, churches, and law enforcement on a mental health team, assisting with a variety of mental health issues. I am trained in Trauma-informed practices, Dialectical Behavior therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior therapy (CBT), Narrative therapy, Substance abuse, and Attachment-based therapy along with other recovery-based and modern modalities. I would like to assist individuals with healthy growth, healing, and empowerment to reach their full potential in life with effective interventions for a new self.
