My passion lies in supporting individuals and couples ready to work on healing and making changes to improve their quality of life, but who don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. I help navigate anxiety, depression, relationship and family issues, life transitions, work stressors, and trauma.

Using Cognitive Behavior Therapy, I help you change unhelpful ways of thinking, feeling, and behaving, and develop practical self-help strategies to improve your quality of life. I also use Attachment-Based Therapy to heal early relationship wounds by exploring how past experiences shape present emotions and relationship patterns.
