I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational interviewing. Therapy should be personalized to meet your unique needs, and I will work with you to decide which approach will suit your individual goals.

I aim to provide a supportive and understanding environment for individuals to navigate their unique experiences and achieve positive growth. My therapeutic approach is what I describe as eclectic interpersonal. I believe that therapeutic work cannot begin until trust is established between the client and therapist.
