My communication style

I aim to provide a supportive and understanding environment for individuals to navigate their unique experiences and achieve positive growth. My therapeutic approach is what I describe as eclectic interpersonal. I believe that therapeutic work cannot begin until trust is established between the client and therapist.

My goals for you

I work in collaboration to help clients identify goals they want to work on. We will choose a starting point, identify the steps required to achieve those goals, and get started.

Our first session

During an initial session, I feel it is important to review the therapeutic process and build rapport. My primary goal in the first session is to understand the needs of my clients and why they are seeking help to begin the process of developing a plan to support them.
