Every one of us carries the sacred task of holding space for our own unique journeys and that of the world around us. I am committed to long-term, in-depth work to create big, lasting change and am often humbled by the vulnerability our collaboration brings forth. My focus
The heart of my work is centering a person's unique individuality, which includes their ethnic/racial background, gender identity, and sexual orientation. I integrate as much as I can the impact of family, culture and community in the way I provide therapy. My work in the community has also influenced my work with trauma and co-occurring disorders.
My approach
The best way I connect with people is to be as appropriately authentic to my day-to-day personality. People have commented on my office space, feeling as though they're sitting in a living room, and I've often been described as warm and "artsy."
