I work with children to young adults utilizing Cognitive behavioral therapy, play therapy, person-centered, and solution-focused therapy techniques in my practice to help my clients reach their goals.

I have experience working with clients of all ages. I have experience working with clients who present with anxiety, depression, school concerns, ADHD, attachment issues, and trauma. Although I am interested in helping clients with all kinds of concerns.

I am flexible and tailor my approach to each client's specific needs, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive behavioral therapy, play therapy, person-centered, and solution-focused. I create a safe, trusting space for clients and empower them to develop effective coping strategies and make lasting changes.

My communication style

I follow my client's lead on what may work best for them, whether that is more psycho-education, a listening ear, guiding decision-making, empowering, a mixture, or any other technique that fits the needs of each client. If needed, this style can be adjusted to ensure that my clients receive the treatment that fits their needs.

I entered this field because I believe in the power of connection and the resilience people carry within themselves. I'm committed to walking alongside my clients as they navigate challenges and discover their own strengths.
