My communication style

I'm here to understand your story. My approach is gentle and direct, creating a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported. Together, we explore how early experiences and cultural messages have shaped how you see yourself and relate to others.

My journey to mental healthcare

I began my journey as a child therapist working in schools, where I had the privilege of supporting children through some of their most formative years. It was there that I truly began to understand just how deeply early experiences can shape a person’s sense of self, their relationships, and the paths they pursue in life.

My goals for you

In session we explore what’s beneath the surface of what has made you the person you are. You might start noticing old beliefs or ways of doing things that used to help you feel safe, but may not serve you anymore. Together we'll explore patterns and work toward more clarity and meaningful breakthrough, so you can feel more confident.

Our first session

In the first session we will begin to slowly understand what symptoms or behaviors are pulling you to come into therapy. We will then talk about expectations and goals we will be focusing on in therapy.
