My goal is to create a relaxed environment that fosters trust and progress through consistency. I use a casual and gentle approach with humor as one of my tools. I aim to create the opportunity for you to foster self-awareness, build self-esteem, cultivate self-trust, and truly heal.

My journey to mental healthcare

I fell in love with theoretical frameworks and therapeutic techniques while gaining valuable knowledge about mental health disorders and treatment modalities. Recognizing the importance of self-awareness, I actively sought personal therapy to process my own experiences and better understand the dynamics of human behavior.

My goals for you

The challenge is to face and overcome the hardships and stressors that get in the way of being our best selves. The therapeutic relationship is of utmost importance for someone to safely explore life's challenges. My goal is to make you feel seen and heard and use the relationship as the grounds for creating change.
