Hi there, I'm Kristin!

Tired of stress and burnout trying to do everything for everyone? Sometimes our eagerness to people-please or avoid conflict lands us doing more than everyone combined. I help people who are doing too much do what's right for them.

My focus

I work with people who have a history of interpersonal trauma, including surviving narcissistic abuse or having a parent with a personality disorder. I also work with people who have experienced sexual abuse and are looking to heal the trauma and often the family situations that led to it.

My approach

Come as you are. I don't fit the mold of the usual therapist. I'm kind of loud. I tell the truth. I use a trauma-informed approach that connects present-day situations with places you avoid. I help you feel feelings without overwhelm, build healthy boundaries, and become yourself.
