I provide services to clients of all ages, including young adults and adults. My areas of focus include depression, anxiety, stress, relationships, and other adjustment-related issues. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and other theoretical approaches.

I primarily work with young adults and adults dealing with depression, anxiety, stress, relationship problems, and work stress. My goal is to work with my clients to cope with and deal with life stressors.
My approach
My approach is eclectic. I tailor my interventions based on my clients' needs. We will collaboratively develop treatment goals. I also believe that with a strong therapeutic relationship, we can work together to achieve those goals. With that, I also utilize person-centered approaches to foster a safe and supportive environment for my clients.
