Hi there, I'm Alexander!

Over the years, I’ve provided psychotherapy and counseling to adults and couples from a wide range of life experiences. I look forward to assisting you with overcoming any barriers you may have to live a good, positive quality of life and those surrounding your world.

My focus

I have worked as a therapist for over 15 years. My goal is to help you see things in a new way, to help you have fulfilling relationships with others and yourself, and to help you find relief from anxiety, depression, trauma, and other things that prevent you from enjoying a full life.

My approach

My goal and mission aren’t to cure your symptoms. It’s to teach you how to live with the disorder – and how to live with yourself. Treatment involves: EMDR, DBT, Psychoanalysis, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Meditation and Yoga, Mindfulness Coping/Relaxation Techniques.
