Hi there, I'm John!

I work with individuals, couples, and families to improve primary relationships and help those struggling with depression, anxiety, and trauma. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood and supported as we work together toward meaningful change.

My focus

Throughout my career, I have worked primarily in smaller communities; as such, it is difficult to specialize. Having said that, I have provided services to clients of all ages and clinical presentations. I have worked with Foster Youth struggling with attachment all the way to helping Older Adults find purpose and meaning.

My approach

I use CBT, Family Systems, and psychodynamic approaches to build self-awareness and understand how the past influences the present. This combination helps you see patterns clearly and develop practical tools for lasting change.
