Hi there, I'm Juliana!

I view human beings through a lens of compassion, meaning, and balance. I believe that the ways we understand ourselves are shaped by our relationships, culture, and societal constructs, and that these influences play a significant role in how we make meaning of our experiences. At my core, I believe people are inherently capable of growth!

My focus

I work with individuals with PTSD or complex trauma, survivors of domestic and intimate partner violence, children and adolescents exposed to abuse, neglect, or family conflict, adults healing from childhood trauma, crime victims, individuals involved with victim advocacy programs, and clients experiencing anxiety or adjustment difficulties, etc.

My approach

I strive to create a safe, collaborative, and empowering therapeutic environment where clients feel heard, respected, and supported. Drawing from person-centered therapy and collaborative language systems, I emphasize empathy, authenticity, and a partnership-based approach that honors clients as experts of their own lives.
