I am passionate about my work as a therapist. My approach is to build a safe space for you while holding you accountable in your own journey to growth.

My focus

I typically work with individuals who are ready to make changes in their lives while wanting to feel empowered and validated throughout their journey. I have experience working with individuals who experience symptoms of Depression, Post-traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and Schizophrenia.

My approach

My approach to providing therapy is to continue to build a space for my clients to keep themselves accountable for growing into the person they would like to be. The theoretical approaches that I prefer to implement are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Strengths-Based Perspective.

My communication style

My preference in communication is to be transparent, funny, honest, and reflective. Understandably, it is hard to open up to someone new whom you do not know. Therefore, it is important for me as your therapist to establish rapport with you.
