My focus

I work with teens, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, identity, and self-worth. Many come feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure. I meet you where you are. Together, we will uncover your strengths, build insight, and develop tools to help you feel more grounded and empowered.

My approach

I use a person-centered approach, believing you are the expert on your life. I create a safe, empathetic space where you explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors with honesty. I integrate CBT, ACT, Solution-Focused Therapy, DBT skills, and mindfulness to offer practical tools for managing distress and building resilience.

My communication style

I use reflective listening to ensure I understand you clearly. If I misinterpret anything, I welcome your feedback because feeling heard is essential. You will never be pushed to share more than you are ready for. This is your space, and we move at your pace. We will address difficult topics only when you feel safe and ready.

My journey to mental healthcare

As a teenager, I attended therapy feeling resistant. As an adult, I returned to heal from past experiences. Finding the right therapist gave me tools to understand myself, inspiring me to become a therapist. Today, I'm honored to support others in uncovering their strengths and stepping into greater clarity and authenticity.
