My focus
I work with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds dealing with depression, anxiety, stress, adjustments, postpartum journeys, separation or divorce, and aging. My clients range from children to older adults facing different life challenges.
My approach
I take a collaborative approach when it comes to providing therapy for my clients, prioritizing my clients' voices when exploring their needs. Therapy modalities that I frequently use include Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
